Consultation (free of charge) + Exam ( $120) = $120 total.
Adjustments on 1st visit at doctor's discretion ($55).
We are a self-pay practice but can provide detailed receipts for the purpose of insurance filing and reimbursement. We DO accept FSA/HSA cards.
